We are open for U-pick today through Wednesday, June 11, 12, 13 from 8 AM to 6 PM. Our certified organic Hoods and Shuksans are $2.50/lb. Please remember to bring your own containers. Our address: 6370 NW Evers Road, Forest Grove, 97116. Take a left as soon as you enter the property and follow the sign to park. PLEASE read the instructions in the white tent before you begin to pick.

Here’s the whole dinner. (Except for the fava beans that Amy sauteed in a bit of olive oil with some garlic scapes. We ate those out of the pan!)

Our certified organic strawberry patch is open for U-Pick from noon to 7 PM on Saturday, June 9 and from 8 AM to 7 PM on Sunday, June 10. The Hoods are going strong and the Shuksan are just starting!

The strawberries are starting to change colors but we are still at least a week away for the U-Pick to start. The weather looks halfway decent for the next several days. Stay tuned.
One week from Monday is the last day for the birds. The lettuce looks like it’s going to need a bit more time than that. The weather for the next week or so looks pretty good so the lettuce will really pick up speed. Here are the pics:

Here’s the latest. The birds look like chickens and are really starting to eat and put on weight. The lettuce looks good after transplanting and is starting to gain size/weight, too.
